An Andalusian moment

Would you like to resemble the Andalusian character that you may experience in the Fair of Seville, for example? This was the idea of a German client that requested our services without thinking he would find the typical ‘casetas’, paper lanterns, ‘churros’, and even sardine ‘espetos’ and donkeys. Because the only thing that the Fair of Seville might miss is the beach and Goyo Catering included it.

The inexplicable combination of experiences didn’t let down the client’s idea of living the Andalusian atmosphere. Under pines, sand, sea and spring light, this celebration reunited friends around bulrush chairs with Andalusian decoration, typical hats, saddles and horse carriages. Each Andalusian element had its area and presentation in order to create unique spaces. The perfect Andalusian party.

Polka dots couldn’t be missed in table cloths and a station for Spanish ham with natural and Mediterranean decoration, garlic and oranges. Fresh and varied salads, with tomatoes as the main ingredient. And rustic bread, an extra in a decoration were fringes were included.

In a picnic version, fans and baskets with carnations, typical hats, saddles, and the sufficient Panama style hats for the guests. And how do Andalusian move at the fair? Well, there was also a carriage and the little ones took a ride.  Everything thought so that all the friends could enjoy a marvellous Andalusian moment.

The ‘caseta’ made to resemble those that are seen at the Fair of Sevilla, completed an environment that improved reality because no Andalusian fair combines so many characteristics of this particular territory. Beach, nature, open air, flamenco decoration, a fair by the sea? An impossible dream for Seville, a dream that comes true for a client of Goyo Catering.
