After the wedding with rustic details that we shared in previous posts, a brunch was celebrated at the newlywed’s home with all types of buffets to enjoy.
If we unite breakfast with lunch the result is a brunch. If, moreover, it is celebrated at a private house in Benahavis with Mediterranean views the result can be exceptional.
We had the pleasure of participating, placing a set up coloured in pink and blue, and a gastronomic design arround buffets plus a served menu that made this brunch a unique moment.
The appetizers served
They were the only pieces served by out team at each table.
Asparagus creme caramel, tomatoe macaron, marinated tuna tataki and foie lollipops and Malaga style fried fish. This was the choice that the hosts picked for the brunch.
Brunch buffets at home
Exactly nine stations with different gastronomic options we placed in several points of the house. We created a gastronomic circuit were each guest enjoyed the brunch as they chose. From fruit to pasta, creppes…
