Magic has no tricks, its real. Our team at Goyo Marbella and Goyo Full Taste Banus participates in a very creative way to keep the atractiveness of easter eggs.
Discovering why the easter bunny hides eggs or why the eggs are decorated is entering a secret world. We are sure that traditions normally come from history and their strength resides in the permanence in family customs.
This time of year gives us the opportunity to let our imagination fly and produce every kind of chocolate with egg or bunny forms. Originality is our goal. Let’s say we want to make an egg that is a cook or that is listening to music, we can decorate them with kitchen utensils or headphones, depending on the style we are looking for.
You can also find simple ones with a basket or a hen. All of them are the main feature at our boutiques in Marbella and Puerto Banus. Goyo Marbella and Goyo Full Taste Banus are decorated for the ocassion, with the most special set ups with trees, flowers, nests… bringing spring into every corner.
The different egg versions, the more traditional and the fun ones, are all made at Goyos pastry kitchen. The design is impredictable, even susprising those that don’t seem to be interested in the naughty bunny that hides eggs.
If you really want to know the history of easter eggs:
It was the Egyptians who used to decorate eggs and then give them as a gift. It was all before Christ, rituals with fertility and life simbolisms. After Jesus’s resurrection is when they started to represent easter. It is believed that they were decorated to await for Easter monday when they were given as a gift…as the egyptians used to do. But as all traditions, with time the spiral has become so big that it has come to the point were a surprising bunny plays to hide chocolate eggs for children.
