There are many things to prepare to get the Mexican atmosphere in the house of a client in Marbella. Specially to make it film like.

Wood, paintings, lights, gardening, tables, chairs, flowers, table linens… The result was exceptional, once more, thanks to the team we participated with. All professionals in their working areas.

Colourful

The set up was based on the colours the hostess had chosen for the walls and tables for the Mexican party at her house in Marbella.

We brought enea chairs, giving a rustic and artisan touch to the overall look. Plus, the blue coloured dishes matched the decoration of the stage where the guests enjoyed of an unforgettable Mexican party in Marbella.

The napkins and glassware followed the same line. Exceptionally colourful for a decoration that when night came, maintained its impact thanks to the illumination chosen for the occasion.

The cutlery gave an elegant touch. In gold, striking with the yellow from the tables.

Team work

As we said, these type of parties need of a professional team that knows how to work together to get the expected results. So it happened once more. We had the pleasure of working with our colleagues from different areas to manage what we had proposed: a Mexican party in Marbella.

An indoor patio was transformed into a kitchen for Goyo Catering’s cooking team. The set up of the plates and the ellaboration of each one of them was done with sights to the Mediterranean. A great privilege.

As the night approached, the waiters of Goyo Catering prepared themselves with Mexican attire. All the men and women that participated did so by fusing the the scenery in which the guests enjoyed the Mexican party.

Personalizing every minimal detail is always important. Not just the host of the party, but all the guests and the team. For some instants, everyone travels to some other place in the world. In this ocassion, Mexico.

In a Mexican party music must also be present. On the stage, a group of musicians accompanied the Mexican dinner at this house in Marbella. They were centre of attention at this party.

Mexican gastronomy

Mexican gastronomy offers a great variety of textures and flavours that make them unique. Like other that come from Latin America.

For this Mexican party in Marbella, our cooking team, led by Antonio Fernandez, prepared traditional dishes as appetizers and dinner. Some of them were:

– Fruit Gazpacho with cactus flower.

– Cheese filled Jalapeño and Chicharrones powder.

– Corn totopos (nachos) with cheddar gratine and criollo pork stew, accompanyed with sauces.

– Tortilla tacos with spinach filled with lobster, hot tomato sauce…

– Beef ribs with barbecue sauce and chile sweet chipotle.

All of them completed with a wide variety of drinks, served in a very special bar, with all of our waiters at disposition of every guest.
