Coco and Austin’s wedding was celebrated during two days. At the second celebration a White Party took place at the Beach Club of Finca Cortesin (Casares, Malaga). This event was the first we had as the exclusive catering of Finca Cortesin, as we mentioned in a previous post, and we feel very proud of this.

This White Party was a surprising journey to Morocco through gastronomy, with unique flavours and scents. Neutral and pure white was chosen for a fun celebration full of entertainment.

Our team fused in with the environment and the guests, with the predominant white, by wearing uniforms of this colour. Our Cowboy Girl served cold beer in a wood barrel made for the ocassion.

The chillout zone was used to relax at a party where music and entertainment were present, by the unequal views of the sea that the space offered.

For the main menu three different stations were chosen: Cold Morrocan Station, Hot Morrocan Station and BBQ Station. At the Cold Station all type of salads could be found like Cucumber Salad with Yogurt and Mint or the Inviltini of Leaf with Rice and Meat. This combined perfectly well with the Chicken Cous Cous at the Hot Station. To complete the menu the barbecue with different meat: Chicken Brochette with Tahinna Sauce, Veal Brochette with Basmati Rice and Sharkasiya Sauce, Shawarma Lamb and Chicken or Veal Sausages.

For dessert, Morrocan Tea could not be missed together with a mix of Morrocan Bakery and Orange Sorbet with Orange Blossom.

The party continued during the night, with music on stage. It was the perfect ending for Coco and Austin’s wedding.
